These general terms and conditions determine the procedure for using the VIDUU website and providing services and, together with the Distance Agreement and Privacy Policy, form the legal basis for using VIDUU services.

By accessing the Website www.teviduu.com, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms, understand them and agree to abide by them. These Terms are binding on all users of the Website, regardless of whether the user is registered or not.
If the user purchases the services offered by VIDUU, such agreement is considered a Distance Agreement and is regulated in accordance with the applicable laws on distance agreements. VIDUU reserves the right to amend or supplement these terms at any time by publishing the current version on the website.
1. Privacy
When registering or purchasing services on the Website, the user may be required to provide personal data. VIDUU processes this data in accordance with the Privacy Policy, which is available at www.teviduu.com. VIDUU does not sell or rent users' personal data, and also transfers it only in cases specified by law.
2. Accuracy of information
All information on the website is for informational purposes only. VIDUU reserves the right to change or delete the content, products or services available on the website at any time without prior notice.
3. Intellectual property
All information, design and content available on the website (including texts, images, videos, logos, etc.) are the property of VIDUU or its partners. Use of this content without prior written permission is prohibited.
4. Pricing and payment procedures
All prices are in EUR. VAT is not applied in accordance with the current tax regulations. Payments can be made online using Stripe or PayPal payment systems. Payment is considered received when the funds are credited to the VIDUU account.
5. Digital services and delivery
VIDUU offers digital services – online courses, consultations and retreats. After receiving payment, the user is provided with access to the digital content or the relevant service is provided. The delivery of the digital content is considered the start of the provision of the service.
6. Links to third-party sites
The website may contain links to third-party websites. VIDUU is not responsible for the content or privacy policies of these pages. The use of third-party websites is at the user's own risk.
7. Limitation of liability
VIDUU is not liable for losses arising beyond its control, including due to technical disruptions, internet connection errors or system failure. VIDUU's liability does not exceed the amount paid by the user for the specific service.
8. Dispute resolution
All disputes and disagreements are resolved through negotiations. If no agreement is reached, disputes are considered in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Estonia, preserving the rights of Latvian consumers.
9. Force majeure
VIDUU is not liable for failure to fulfill obligations due to force majeure circumstances, including natural disasters, technical failures, hostilities, epidemics or other unforeseeable events.
10. Notifications and communication
The user agrees that communication regarding the service, orders and other notifications may take place electronically to the email address specified by the user. VIDUU uses the email address te.viduu@gmail.com for communication.
